An Interesting Conversation with Chandan Kumar

“Logibricks is my chosen home,” says Chandan Kumar, the first employee of our family. We are glad and overwhelmed to have endured the journey with him. In this article, we introduce you to Chandan Kumar who is an integral part of our organization since the beginning.

With zeal and enthusiasm to make a difference in people’s lives, Chandan joined Logibricks in the year 2014. From setting up the company office to shaping new employees’ skill sets, he has played a pivotal role in taking Logibricks to new heights.

Working as a Team Lead, Chandan has an unparalleled love for the art of coding. He believes customization and coding have the power to change people’s lives. Designing and working with Logibricks has given him the platform to achieve the goal of a better future for people.

While talking about his journey with Logibricks, Chandan briefly explained that there were no challenges but only a learning experience.

“Nothing was a challenge for us, we worked hard and gave our best to create a great product. Our dedication and love for work have paved the path for our success” says Chandan while taking a trip down his memory lane.

Chandan is known for his happy-go-lucky personality and impeccable nature of work. He loves solving problems and catering customised solutions to clients. He also adds,

“Coding gives me the ability to understand business problems, hence efficiently solving them and empowering businesses with digital fronts is the best part of my job.”

When asked about his plans and dreams, Chandan says, “Planning for the future is not my thing. I love my work and that is what keeps me going. But without a doubt, I want to create an ERP solution that has all the capabilities to make digital transformation easy for people. Moreover, I want to keep working with Logibricks and help our product become industry benchmarks.”

He says, “Time has flown with Logibricks, from working in a room to a team of 40 people today, we have come a long way. Growing and learning have been key aspects of our company. I feel happy and proud of where the company has reached today. Moreover, I have trained new joiners in the company and it makes me immensely happy that I could play a part in shaping our teammates’ skill sets.”

When asked about the work culture and environment in Logibricks, Chandan says, “We are more than just a team, we are a family. Our ideology is focused on a never-ending process of learning. We are always on our toes to master new skills, trends, and knowledge to give the best possible results to our clients.”
